No, in order to have a similar tank to a Hurricane the Brutix fits lowest tier guns, and then it does less damage. If a brutix is doing more damage than a hurricane it has significantly less tank. Take a look at the brutix pg, it's lower than all the tier 2 bc's. 220 II's use almost exactly the same pg as electron II's (5 pg difference). The brutix can not tank as well as the hurricane and retain similar dps.
Course, it's a moot point now that you've lost a turret. Although I'm pretty sure you still do better damage than a brutix with electrons.

I've questioned Tux's original statement about tier 2 BC's being all gank ever since kali hit sisi. Looks like they released the gallente BC's in the wrong order then. The Myrmidon was really the only BC that needed further modification.
If anything, the Hurricane would be fine with just the -50 or perhaps -100 pg so it couldn't tank as well while ganking, and the Drake with 6 launchers retaining the +rof.

Not to be picky, but you really f'd up that graph.
Also, keep in mind, Brutix full ion can barely fit MWD, cap booster, and a single mar. In order to get the Brute above the three decent tier 2 BC's your tank is only going to be single rep+a few resist mods. Neutron gank has no tank, not even a med rep.
A hurricane full 220 II's (even pre-nerf) had enough pg for mwd, plate+rep without fitting mods.
